Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of pet food products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.
Refunds
Refunds are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. Where approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
